Outstanding customer service

I ordered some inserts and two weeks later I still haven't received them. I contacted the "illustrious" usps, and Andy at Addictive Archery. The usps responded after 3 days, Andy responded within an hour and found out what was going on and decided to send out a new order of inserts. Thank you Andy for not passing the buck like the usps.
