Port Orford Cedar (POC) has long been a favorite shafting of traditional archers. Our premium 11/32" shafts are made here locally in the Pacific North West. They are checked for straightness and grain alignment for strength. Hand spined in #5 increments and weighed to with in 10 grains.
We can cut to length and point taper for an additional $6 per dozen.
We can nock taper and tail taper the last 9" to 5/16 for an additional $6 per dozen.
I couldn't be more pleased with the shafts I received from Andy at Addictive Archery. From the phone discussion we had regarding a tuning issue I was having with one of my longbows, to determining the spine I should try, the overall experience was extremely helpful and satisfying. The taper on the shafts is flawless and there was little room left for straightening on my end. They are about the best set of Cedars I've had the pleasure to build. Thanks Andy!
Shafts that I received were straight, tight grained, all close in weight. Everything as described online. They made really nice arrows!
Beautiful wood shafts and fairly straight. Only had to straighten a few by hand. Great quality. Fast shipping and quick customer service. Be sure to watch the YouTube series! Very informative! Will definitely do business with Andy and crew again!
I picked up some 50/55 shafts and they are very nice you would be happy with just a dip in your favorite sealer the finish was that nice. But putting in the extra effort will make them that much nicer.
