Stuck! is an archery adhesive that we have tested in the shop. It is now our go-to glue for feathers and vanes that you glue directly to carbon and aluminum arrows. We still recommend you clean the fletching area in denatured alcohol to remove any oils from handling the shafts prior to fletching.
